Accessibility Statement

HVM Deal Partners wants everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or switch devices, to be able to read this website and contact us.

The standard we work to

We build this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA (opens in a new tab). We describe the site as designed and tested to that target. It has not yet been independently audited, and we do not claim a certification we do not hold.

What we have done

Structure. Real landmarks, one h1, headings in order, and a “Skip to main content” link.
Keyboard. Every control works without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator. The expertise selector follows the standard tabs pattern (arrow keys, Home, End).
Colour contrast. Body text is at least 7:1 against its background (AAA) and every text colour is at least 5:1.
Zoom and reflow. The layout uses relative units and reflows down to a 320px-wide screen and 400% zoom.
Motion. Animations are decorative. They stop when your system’s “reduce motion” setting is on, and you can also switch them off in the display settings.
Targets. Interactive controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
Without JavaScript. All text content and the email link remain available.

Display settings

The accessibility button in the footer opens a panel where you can change text size, contrast, typeface and spacing, link underlining, and motion. These settings change how this site displays on your device and are remembered there. They are preferences, not a substitute for accessible design: the pages are built to be accessible without them.

Known limitations

The animated network in the opening section and the diagrams in “Our Expertise” are decorative. Their meaning is carried by the text beside them, and they are hidden from assistive technology.
No independent third-party audit has been completed.
