This policy explains what HVM Deal Partners (“HVM”, “we”) does with information when you visit hvmdealpartners.com or write to us. We have kept the site deliberately simple, so this policy is short.
What this website collects
- No accounts, forms or sign-ups. The site does not ask you for personal information.
- No cookies, advertising pixels or social-media widgets. The site does not load any third-party scripts and does not set cookies.
- Anonymous AI-traffic measurement. To understand how people find us, if you arrive from an AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude or Copilot), your browser sends one anonymous event to our own server, naming the assistant and the page you landed on. We also count visits by automated AI crawlers, by crawler name and page. These counts are passed to Google Analytics 4 without cookies, IP addresses, or any personal identifier, and the events are not linked to you or across visits. Visitors who do not arrive from an AI assistant are not measured.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Display settings stored on your device
If you change text size, contrast, typeface, link or motion settings from the accessibility button in the footer, your choices are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device so they apply on your next visit. They are never sent to us.
When you email us
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the information you choose to enter (name, email address, organization, and your message). We use it to respond to your inquiry and to conduct our business. Because we are a regulated financial firm, we may be required to retain business correspondence for legal and regulatory purposes. The form sends your message to us by email and does not store it on this website. Please do not include confidential or non-public information in a first message.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting), with professional advisers, and with regulators or others where the law requires it.
